REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS STATEMENTS

FOR DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTATION SERVICES

HIGH ISLAND INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT

High Island Independent School District (“HIISD”) is soliciting statements of qualifications (“Qualifications”) from qualified Construction Design firms for program planning, design, and construction administration in connection with High Island Construction and Renovation Projects, 2113 6th Street, High Island, Texas 77623.

Qualification Packets may be obtained in person at the High Island ISD Administration Building located at 2113 6th Street, High Island, Texas 77623, or to obtain a digital copy of the packet it may be downloaded from the District’s website at www.highislandisd.com.

Submissions of qualifications should be mailed to ATTN: RFQ-2024-01 Architect, High Island ISD, P.O. Box 246, High Island, Texas 77623, or hand delivered to the High Island ISD administration building located at 2113 6th Street, High Island, Texas 77623 .

The current deadline to submit Qualifications is March 4, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. All firms submitting qualification should be prepared for potentially making a presentation to the High Island ISD Board of Trustees on March 18, 2024. All questions regarding this invitation must be submitted in writing to Dr. David Walker, Superintendent, High Island ISD, as the same address noted above. Further details are included in the District’s Request for Qualifications package. The District reserves the right to reject all submissions and to waive any formalities.
