FOR LAWN CARE/GROUNDS MAINTENANCE CONTRACTED SERVICES HIGH ISLAND INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT High Island Independent School District (“HIISD” or “District”) is soliciting Requests for Proposals (“Proposals”) for Lawn Care/Grounds Maintenance Contracted Services (one-step process) for High Island ISD. Proposal Packets and documents may be obtained in person at the High Island ISD Administration Building located at 2113 6th Street, High Island, Texas 77623, or to obtain a digital copy of the packet it may be downloaded from the District’s website at www.highislandisd.com. Submissions of proposals should be mailed to ATTN: Tyra Crawford, High Island ISD, P.O. Box 246, High Island, Texas 77623, or hand delivered to the High Island ISD administration building located at 2113 6th Street, High Island, Texas 77623. The current deadline to submit Proposals is June 25, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. All firms submitting proposals should attend a pre-proposal onsite meeting with the Owner 11:00 a.m. on June 23, 2025, in the High Island ISD Multi-Purpose Building (Middle School/Cafeteria Bldg), High Island, Texas 77623. Proposals will be opened and reviewed at the above noted location at 2:30 p.m. on June 25, 2025. The HIISD Board of Trustees will meet on July 21, 2025 to interview and select a Lawn Care/Ground Maintenance Contractor from the qualified Proposers. All questions regarding this invitation must be submitted in writing to Tyra Crawford, High Island ISD, as the same above-noted address.
