Notice to Bidders 

Sealed Proposals addressed to the Ms. Misti Smith, Superintendent of the High Island Independent School District, covering the FURNITURE PACKAGE FOR HIGH ISLAND ISD located at 2113 6th Street, High Island, Texas will be received until 2:00 p.m., local time, Thursday, September 10, 2024. Immediately thereafter, the proposals will be opened and read publicly in the Galveston County Gym Annex. Any bids received after the closing times stated above will be returned to the bidders unopened.

The project manuals, furniture lists and all contract documents may be examined without charge in the office of The LaBiche Architectural Group, Inc., 7999 Gladys Ave. #101, Beaumont, Texas or by requested email to bronwen@labiche.com or by phone to 409-860-0197.

A Pre-Bid Conference will be held at 10:00 a.m., local time, Thursday, August 27, 2025 at the Galveston County Gym Annex, 2116 6th St., High Island, Texas. All contractors are encouraged to attend the Pre-Bid Conference in order to submit a bid for this Project. Subcontractors and material suppliers are invited to attend. Questions pertaining to the project manual and bidding procedures will be discussed.

PROJECT CONSISTS of providing and installing new furniture on the High Island ISD campus.

The High Island Independent School District, reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive all formalities.
