REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR CONSTRUCTION MANAGER-AT-RISK SERVICES HIGH ISLAND INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT High Island Independent School District (“HIISD” or “District”) is soliciting Requests for Proposals (“Proposals”) for Construction Manager at Risk Services (one-step process) for the High Island Construction and Demolition Projects, 2113 6th Street, High Island, Texas 77623. Proposal Packets and documents may be obtained in person at the High Island ISD Administration Building located at 2113 6th Street, High Island, Texas 77623, or to obtain a digital copy of the packet it may be downloaded from the District’s website at www.highislandisd.com. Submissions of proposals should be mailed to ATTN: Dr. David R. Walker, High Island ISD, P.O. Box 246, High Island, Texas 77623, or hand delivered to the High Island ISD administration building located at 2113 6th Street, High Island, Texas 77623. The current deadline to submit Proposals is May 1, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. All firms submitting proposals should attend a pre-proposal onsite meeting with the Owner and Architect to begin at 2:00 p.m. on April 15, 2025 at 2113 6th Street, High Island, Texas 77623. Proposals will be opened and reviewed at the above noted location at 2:15 p.m. on May 1, 2025. The HIISD Board of Trustees will meet on May 12, 2025 to interview and select a Construction Manager at Risk from the qualified Proposers. All questions regarding this invitation must be submitted in writing to Dr. David R. Walker, Superintendent, High Island ISD, as the same above-noted address.
