FOR DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTATION SERVICES

HIGH ISLAND INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT

High Island Independent School District (“HIISD”) is soliciting Requests for Proposals (“Proposals”) for Construction Manager at Risk Services (one-step process) for the High Island Construction and Renovation Projects, 2113 6th Street, High Island, Texas 77623

Proposal Packets and documents may be obtained in person at the High Island ISD Administration Building located at 2113 6th Street, High Island, Texas 77623, or to obtain a digital copy of the packet it may be downloaded from the District’s website at www.highislandisd.com.

Submissions of proposals should be mailed to ATTN: Dr. David Walker, High Island ISD, P.O. Box 246 , High Island, Texas 77623, or hand delivered to the High Island ISD administration building located at  2113 6th Street, High Island, Texas 77623 .

The current deadline to submit Proposals is May1, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. All firms submitting proposals should attend a pre-proposal onsite meeting with the Owner and Architect to begin at 10:00 A.M. on Tuesday April 23, 2024 at 2113 6th Street, High Island, Texas 77623. Proposals will be opened and reviewed at the above noted location at 2:15 P.M. Wednesday May 1 , 2024.  The High Island ISD Board of Trustees will meet on May 7, 2024 to interview and select a Construction Manager at Risk from the qualified Proposers.   All questions regarding this invitation must be submitted in writing to Dr. David Walker, Superintendent, High Island ISD, as the same address noted above. Further details are included in the District’s Request for Proposals package. The District reserves the right to reject all submissions and to waive any formalities.
